At 9HBikePro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’ve made our returns process as simple as possible.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within **30 days** of receiving your order.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
Certain items, such as personal care products and sealed goods, cannot be returned if opened for hygiene reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:
Contact our customer service team at info@9hbike.com to request a return authorisation.
Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
You will receive instructions on how to proceed with your return.
3. Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within **14 days** and credited back to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
